Terms of Service

VireloBookPro provides editorial, ghostwriting, book coaching, manuscript development, Amazon keyword optimization, book marketing, author website building, and audiobook production services, led by founder Michael Jennings.

VireloBookPro is an editorial and book development studio, not a publisher or literary agency. We prepare manuscripts and authors to the standard agents, acquiring editors, and serious self-publishers expect. We do not guarantee publication, literary representation, bestseller status, or sales results, and no statement on this site should be read as such a guarantee.

Every engagement begins with a consultation. The agreed services, deliverables, timeline, and fees are then confirmed in a written proposal or engagement summary. That document, together with these terms, forms the agreement between you and VireloBookPro.

Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before it begins, so there are no surprises.

Engagements begin with a deposit, which reserves your place in the schedule. Milestone or final payments are due as set out in your written proposal. Deposits are non-refundable but fully transferable to another project or service, as described in our Refund Policy.

Deliverables are released upon receipt of the corresponding payment. We will always discuss any payment difficulty with you openly before taking any other step.

Each proposal specifies the number of revision rounds included for each deliverable. Additional revision rounds beyond the agreed scope are quoted and approved by you before they are performed. Revision requests should be made within a reasonable time of receiving each deliverable, normally 30 days.

Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables created for your project, including edited manuscripts, ghostwritten content, marketing copy, and website assets built for you. VireloBookPro retains no claim over your finished work.

We will never feature your project, name, or material publicly without your permission. If you are happy to be a reference or a testimonial, that is always your choice.

Pre-existing tools, templates, methods, and know-how used in delivering services remain the property of VireloBookPro.

All materials you share with us, including manuscripts, ideas, personal history, and business information, are held in strict confidence, before, during, and after the engagement. We are glad to sign a non-disclosure agreement on request.

To deliver our best work, we rely on you to provide accurate materials and information, respond to questions and drafts within a reasonable time, and make payments as agreed. Extended delays in feedback may affect the timeline, and we will always communicate with you about scheduling.

Timelines in proposals are good-faith estimates. We hold ourselves to them and will tell you immediately if anything threatens the schedule. Timelines may adjust for delays in feedback, scope changes, or circumstances outside our control.

You may pause or end an engagement at any time by written notice. Completed work is payable, deposits are handled per our Refund Policy, and any unapplied balance remains credited to you.

Our services are provided with professional care and skill. To the fullest extent permitted by law, VireloBookPro is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the specific service at issue.

If a concern arises, contact us first. Most issues are resolved quickly through honest conversation, and we are committed to that path. These terms may be updated from time to time; the current version is always posted on this page, and your engagement is governed by the terms in effect when it began.

Written engagements may include supplemental terms. Where a signed engagement agreement differs from these terms, the signed agreement controls.
