Refund Policy

Every engagement begins with a deposit, which secures your place in the schedule and reserves dedicated time for your project. Because that time is reserved specifically for you, deposits are non-refundable.

However, a deposit is never lost. If your plans change, your deposit can be transferred in full to another project or another VireloBookPro service, at a time that works for you. Simply contact us and we will apply it wherever it serves you best.

Payments for work already performed, including completed milestones such as delivered editorial passes, ghostwritten chapters, coaching sessions, or completed phases of a website or audiobook project, are non-refundable, because that work has been performed and delivered to you.

If you pause a project, all completed work and any unapplied balance remain credited to your account, and you may resume whenever you are ready.

If VireloBookPro cancels an engagement, or if we cannot complete the work you have paid for, you receive a full refund for every portion of the project not delivered. You will never pay for work we did not perform.

To transfer a deposit, pause a project, or request a refund for undelivered work, write to michaeljennings@virelobookpro.com with your name and project details. We respond personally and promptly.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period after approval. Transfer credits never expire.

If anything in this policy is unclear, raise it before you pay. We would rather answer a question up front than leave you guessing, and every engagement is confirmed in writing before work begins. See also our Terms of Service.
